OK LETS GO HERE’S A SUMMARY OF WHAT WE NEED!

  1. Property address with postcode
  2. A Google Maps satellite image of the property
  3. A copy of your Electricity bill
  4. Photo of the inside of both of the electric and Gas meter cupboards.
  5. Some Photos of your property and roof covering i.e. tiles
  6. Photos  of the Consumer Unit/Fuse Box location and the Consumer Unit.
  7. Photo of the length of the inside of the loft
  8. Photo of the hot water cylinder if you have one.
